Nurturing Your Wild Imagination

Nurturing Your Wild Imagination  6th - 9th September 2024

Held in the loving arms of the land and nature’s gifts, we will be calling on its wildness to nurture our imaginations and bring about reciprocal acts of creativity, connection and communication.

Through story and soundscape, hand crafting and dreaming, through movement, foraging, listening and stillness, we will explore aspects of our wildness and dream into what we want to revive, reclaim and reconnect to.

This 3-day retreat provides the perfect space in Nature to activate and nurture the wild imagination so that what exists there can begin to be felt in body, senses, heart and mind.

Spirals of Wellbeing is a magical place of creativity, nurture, nourishment, and healing held within a container of the lands’ beauty and love. Found nestled into a lush green valley, Spirals offers peace and tranquillity within 10 acres of woodland, meadow, stream, and wild pond, inviting you to lose yourself, find yourself, love yourself, to be all that you are and dream into what you wish to manifest.
