Found nestled into a lush green valley, Spirals offers peace and tranquility within 10 acres of woodland, meadow, stream, and wild pond, inviting you to lose yourself, find yourself, love yourself, to be all that you are and dream into what you wish to manifest.

In addition to the magic of nature, you are invited to receive potent healing sessions with me, choosing from Sound Healing, Womb Healing, and Womb Blessing. My son Jake offers soft Tissue Massage and Holistic Massage. All offered on site in beautiful healing rooms.

Retreat Accommodation
​Ty Nos Cottage
A charming, cosy, artistic space, perfect for retreat and creativity. With a large double bedroom and super king size bed, antique bench, groovy chair, antique pine cupboard, radiator, oak panel flooring, your sleeping space is ideal for rest and relaxation.
You also have your own snug with wood burning stove, settee, dining table and chairs, compact kitchen units, stove and grill, sink unit.
The delightful shower room hasred and black quarry tiles, radiator, toilet, sink and fabulous shower.
Womb Cocoon
This beautiful little space has been specially designed and created as a 'Womb Cocoon' to encourage stillness and silence as an activation for connecting with your deep inner wisdom, creativity and nature. The interior is recycled wood, with a wood burning stove, queen size lounging bed, blankets, cushions and a small table and chair.
The 'Womb Cocoon' is tucked away overlooking the willow woodland and stream. There is also an outdoor firepit and hammock.
