If you are seeking inspiration, peace, and tranquillity away from WIFI, mobile phone, noise pollution and the general frenetic pace of everyday life, the magic of Spirals of Wellbeing will gently hold you as you explore, ignite, and feel into your wild and creative flow.

Tucked away in a magical rural valley in West Wales, you are held in the beauty and peacefulness of the land. The ten acres of meadows and woodland, with a stream and wild pond, is a haven for wildlife, giving home to an abundance of birds including owls, a heron and wild ducks. Damson flies, butterflies, bees and bats, foxes, badgers and rabbits are all inhabitants of the land.

At night under a starry sky, you can sit by a fire and dream into the magic of your creativity. By day you can spend time by the stream in a hammock, or on the little bridge, listening to the flow of water as you write, paint, sing, meditate or simply be.

You will come across a willow dome to feel cocooned within, archways to meander through, a downy birch circle to sit or lay back in, a woodland walk taking you to the top of the land where there are views out over the gentle hills and fields.
​
From the moment you arrive you feel held by the nurturing and nourishment of the land; it is deeply healing. Time slows, spaciousness grows, stress falls away, hearts open, imagination flourishes, dreams manifest, love abounds.

Your accommodation and additional spaces for creativity have been lovingly and specially created to provide you with a held, private, nurturing, and exceptional environment in which to flow.

The Moon Temple Yurt
A luxury bespoke, handcrafted 14 ft yurt with double, thick futon bed, chest of drawers, low level table, wood burning stove, rugs, cushions and blankets for a super cosy stay. Your yurt overlooks the meadow you have exclusive access to and out to ancient oak trees where owls nest and call across the valley.

Ty Nos Cottage
A charming, cosy, artistic space, perfect for retreat and creativity. With a large double bedroom and super king size bed, Indian shelves, groovy chair, antique pine cupboard, radiator, oak panel flooring, your sleeping space is ideal for rest and relaxation. You also have your own snug with wood burning stove, settee, dining table and chairs, compact kitchen units, stove and grill, sink unit. In addition is a delightful shower room with red and black quarry tiles, radiator, toilet, sink and fabulous shower.
The Moon Temple Yurt's Outdoor Covered kitchen
Your outdoor, all weather kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ring hob, running water, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and table and chairs. Set on a wooden deck and overlooking the bluebell meadow, this is a perfect spot for relaxed nourishing dining.
Womb Cocoon
The Womb Cocoon is a beauty full little caravan specially designed and crafted to create a space for your comfort, in which to write, relax, meditate, and simply rest. It has a wood burning stove, queen size couch with rugs and cushions, bookcase and altar, table and chairs. This is a perfect space for dreaming, creativity, or simply watching nature in all her wonder. Set by the stream you may shed linear time listening to the babbling of the water and song of the birds.
The Moon Temple Yurt's Shower and Toilet
You have exclusive access to a fabulous outdoor heated shower, over looking the stream and under a canopy of willow trees.
The bespoke, handcrafted compost toilet is also exclusive to you. There is a wash hand basin with running water.
Cost and Booking
Solo Retreats are £120 per night. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
