Spirals of Wellbeing is a magical place of creativity, nurture, nourishment, and healing held within a container of the lands’ beauty and love. Found nestled into a lush green valley, Spirals offers peace and tranquillity within 10 acres of woodland, meadow, stream, and wild pond, inviting you to lose yourself, find yourself, love yourself, to be all that you are and dream into what you wish to manifest.

Will you join us?

Over the nights and days, you are invited to connect ever more deeply with your book as you:-

Walk barefoot in the meadows and stream

Listen to birdsong, the stillness, the air in the trees

Spot red kites and buzzards gliding in the sky

Sit under the canopy of willow tree domes

While away the hours in a hammock

Dream around a fire under the stars

Eat nourishing organic food

Connect with the land and see what messages it holds for your writing journey into a soundscape of Tibetan and crystal bowls

Write to your wild edges

Embody your book through a Wilding Woman Dance

Share your insights, dreams, challenges, inspiration, fears, and celebrations about your book writing journey within a Circle of Unbound Wilding Sisterhood.

Be prepared for the alchemy of Spirals to weave her earth energy deep into your Soul!
