We are ideally situated, being only 7 miles from the stunnning Cardigan coastline where you can enjoy the beautiful coves and beaches, coastal walks and may be lucky enough to spot a dolphin or two! At Llangranog, our nearest beach, The Ship pub has live music and great food. The Cabin sells wonderful fish and chips to take away and has a lovely restaurant with delicious food. There is also a gift and general provision shop. A surfing school is also based at Llangranog.
6 miles away is the lovely town of Newcastle Emlyn, with health food shops, cafes, antique and retro shops, pubs and 2 small supermarkets. Legend has it that the last dragon in Wales was seen by the now castle ruin overlooking the lovely river Teifi. Well worth a visit.
Just 15 minutes from Spirals of Wellbeing is the little town of Llandysul where the River Teifi has excellent river sports. There is also a small leisure centre, supermarket and a few other local businesses, including cafes and arts centre.
A traditional steam railway can be found down the road in Henllan, only a short drive. If you're feeling fit you could cycle or walk there.
The Teifi Cheese Company is just 5 minutes by car across the valley from us where you can buy a delicious range of artisan cheeses or organic whisky and orange licqueur.
Cenarth cheeses can be bought a little further away in Cenarth where there is also a coracle boat centre
Mwnt cove is recommended as is Poppit Sands. Both have cafes and public loos.
St Dogmeals, close to Poppit Sands, has a lovely Producers Market each Tuesday as does Cardigan each Thursday.
